OUT SOON! BAGGERMODELLE 3-2015


imageThe latest edition of BAGGERMODELLE will be out soon! The magazine presses are running while you are reading this. The Magazine will be available half way Mai 2015.

In this issue, among other interesting articles, a special about the EBIANUM established by the family Eberhard of the eponymous company from Switzerland. The Eberhard “EBIANUM” doubles as a construction vehicle museum and a unique venue for all kinds of events.

On May 10, the excavator Museum opens its doors for the first time to the public and is then open on every Saturday and on Sunday and public holidays 10.00 to 17.00 clock. At the school-free Wednesday afternoon the EBIANUM opens respectively from 13.30 bis 17.00 clock. The "moving experience for young and old” in the EBIANUM is not free, but definitely well worth the entrance fee.

Again a nice collector’s portrait, this time from the Dutch collector Robby Bosch: more than worthwhile to look forward to!!

Last but not least an cool article about the Caterpillar D6K Welding Track-Type Tractor or "Schweissraupe" an incredibly beautiful custom scale model made in 1:50th scale by Urs Peyer. So all the reasons you needed to buy this next issue.

NEWS FLASH! Modelshow Europe 2015


Saturday, March 21, 2015 the 24st Modelshow Europe was held in the flowerauction "Plantion" nearby the city Ede in the Netherlands.

imageOn this special exhibition one could see all kinds of miniatures and model construction projects in the field of earthmoving, cranes and heavy transport. This Modelshow Europe exhibition is unique by its grand design and the only one in Europe.


Many collectors and builders showed on the Modelshow Europe their (rebuilt and/or radio controlled) models. Also a wide range of miniatures and related components where offered for sale.

Friend, Caterpillar scale model collector and professional photographer Thomas Wilk from TCC photowork was present and made a beautiful photo shoot of this unique event.
